Bourbon-Kissed Strawberry Crunch

Ingredients
- 6 C Strawberries, fresh or frozen, halved
- ½ C Strawberry Jam
- 2 T Maple Syrup
- 2 T Cornstarch
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 3 T Bourbon
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Topping:
- 1 C All Purpose Flour
- ½ C Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 T Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 ½ Sticks Salted Butter, cold & cubed
- 4 T Maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Toss the strawberries, strawberry jam, maple syrup, cornstarch, cinnamon, bourbon, and vanilla together in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Spread the strawberry mixture evenly into a 10–12 inch baking dish.
- Combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Cut 8 tablespoons (1 stick) of cold butter into the dry mixture using a pastry cutter or fork until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the strawberries.
- Cover the dish with foil or a lid.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil from the dish.
- Dot the top with the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter.
- Drizzle the maple syrup evenly over the topping.
- Bake uncovered for 20–30 minutes more, until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
- Cool for 20–30 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with cold vanilla ice cream.
Go Rogue by replacing one cup of Strawberries with one cup of Rhubarb. This will give it a little tart taste.
