Breakfast Balls

Savory breakfast balls made with baking mix, Colby Jack cheese, spicy sausage, and milk, baked until golden brown perfection. This Rogue recipe is perfect for any breakfast.

Servings: 24 servings

Ingredients for Breakfast Balls

  • 2 C All Purpose Baking Mix
  • 4 C Colby Jack Shredded Cheese
  • 1 lb Spicy Sausage (uncooked)
  • ¼ C Milk


Instructions
 for Breakfast Balls

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Form mixture into 1-inch balls.
  3. Place 2” apart on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown.
