Chili-Chocolate Dipped Apples

Servings: 6-8 Servings
Ingredients
- 6 small Crisp Apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
- 8 oz Dark Chocolate (70% cacao), chopped
- 1 T Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Aleppo Pepper
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- Toppings: Crushed Pretzels, Toasted Pumpkin Seeds, or Orange/Black Sprinkles

Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry apples.
- Insert wooden sticks into the tops.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil over a double boiler (or microwave in 30-second bursts). Stir until smooth.
- Stir in Aleppo pepper and sea salt. Taste and adjust heat level.
- Dunk each apple into the melted chocolate, swirling to coat.
- Place on parchment paper.
- While still wet, sprinkle with pretzels, seeds, or festive sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until chocolate hardens.
