Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
- 12 oz Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 2 Sticks (1 cup) Unsalted Butter, room temperature
- 4 C Confectioners’ Sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 ½ tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
- Reduce the mixer speed to low and add half of the confectioners’ sugar, mixing until combined.
- Add the remaining confectioners’ sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Increase the speed to medium-high and beat until light, fluffy, and fully smooth, about 3 minutes.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again briefly to ensure an even texture.
