Grilled Peaches with Aleppo-Honey Drizzle & Yogurt Cream

Time: 15 Minutes
Servings: 4 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 Ripe Peaches, halved and pitted

  • 1 T Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp Aleppo Pepper

  • 3 T Honey (plus extra for drizzling)

  • ½ C Plain Greek Yogurt (full-fat recommended)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • Pinch of Sea Salt

  • Optional: Chopped Pistachios, Mint Leaves, or Crushed Amaretti Cookies for Topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (or use a grill pan indoors).

  2. Brush peach halves lightly with olive oil. Place cut-side down on the grill and cook for 3–5 minutes, until grill marks appear and peaches soften slightly.

  3. While grilling, combine honey and Aleppo pepper in a small bowl. Warm briefly in the microwave or over low heat for 10 seconds to loosen it.

  4. In a separate bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

  5. Plate each peach half with a generous spoonful of yogurt cream. Drizzle with the Aleppo-honey sauce and sprinkle with toppings of your choice (crushed pistachios are highly recommended).
