Grilled Peaches with Aleppo-Honey Drizzle & Yogurt Cream
Ingredients:
-
4 Ripe Peaches, halved and pitted
-
1 T Olive Oil
-
1 tsp Aleppo Pepper
-
3 T Honey (plus extra for drizzling)
-
½ C Plain Greek Yogurt (full-fat recommended)
-
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
-
Pinch of Sea Salt
-
Optional: Chopped Pistachios, Mint Leaves, or Crushed Amaretti Cookies for Topping

Instructions:
-
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (or use a grill pan indoors).
-
Brush peach halves lightly with olive oil. Place cut-side down on the grill and cook for 3–5 minutes, until grill marks appear and peaches soften slightly.
-
While grilling, combine honey and Aleppo pepper in a small bowl. Warm briefly in the microwave or over low heat for 10 seconds to loosen it.
-
In a separate bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
-
Plate each peach half with a generous spoonful of yogurt cream. Drizzle with the Aleppo-honey sauce and sprinkle with toppings of your choice (crushed pistachios are highly recommended).
