Honey Mustard Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Time: 30-35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 T Olive Oil
  • ¼ C Honey
  • 2 T Dijon Mustard
  • 1 T Whole Grain Mustard
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 T Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped, for garnish
Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°. 
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray. 
  3. Season the pork tenderloin with salt & pepper on all sides. 
  4. Whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, and dried thyme in a small bowl to make the glaze.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 
  6. Add the seasoned pork tenderloin to the skillet & cook until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. 
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145℉.
  8. Remove the pork tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. 
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
