Hot Bacon Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 8 oz Crabmeat
  • 1 C Cooked Bacon, crumbled
  • ½ C Mayonnaise
  • 3 Scallions, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Breadcrumbs, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine the cream cheese, crabmeat, bacon, mayonnaise, scallions, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until smooth and evenly incorporated.
  4. Spread the mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
  5. Top evenly with breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly with a lightly golden top.
  7. Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh vegetables.
