Sunshine Lemon Bars

Ingredients
- 1 C Butter, softened
- 2 ¼ C AP Flour, divided
- 2 C Sugar, divided
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Lemons, juiced
- ¼ C Powdered Sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Mix together the softened butter, 2 cups flour, and ½ cup of sugar in a medium bowl.
- Press into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13-inch pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until firm and golden.
- Whisk together the remaining ¼ cup flour and 1 ½ cups sugar in a bowl while the crust is baking.
- Add the eggs and lemon juice.
- Pour over the baked crust and bake for 20 more minutes.
- Dust the top with powdered sugar and cut into 2-inch squares, once the pan has cooled completely.
